1 INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF THE POLICY

4 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
SEAA is aware of the responsibility it holds in keeping the confidentiality of the personal data that you give to us.
The data that we collect may be shared within the company and with other agencies and statutory boards where such disclosure is necessary for providing our services to you more effectively and only if it is within the confines of the law.
Data collected through the website may be processed through offices in Brunei Darussalam, and as such will undertake appropriate due diligence to comply with the Transfer Limitation Obligation set out in the PDPA.
We will not share your personal data to third parties without express consent other than in certain situations including, but not limited to, the following:
a) the third party is a provider of a service that directly correlates to a service that we provide to you, including, without limitation, payment processing, content hosting and email delivery. Nevertheless, they will only be disclosed no more than the certain information necessary to provide the service or what is required based on the applicable laws;
b) the third party performs part of the services that we provide to you which requires your personal data;
c) where the disclosure is necessary by law for any investigative purposes or proceedings by a law enforcement agency;
d) the personal data is shared with a public agency where it is necessary in the cause of public interest; and
e) where it is necessary for the enforcement of our Terms of Use, to safeguard the safety and rights of our users and third parties, as well as to protect our property and rights.
In other instances where the disclosure of your personal data to third parties require your express consent, we will inform you how the data may be used and provide necessary measures to ensure the proper handling and administration of your personal data in compliance with the rules and regulations set out in the PDPA.
5 REQUESTS FOR ACCESS, CORRECTION AND/OR WITHDRAWAL OF PERSONAL DATA

We will process your request for access to your personal data within a reasonable time from when it was received.
Where the action can only be reasonably done with our intervention, we will process your request for a correction of personal data within a reasonable time from when it was received. We will send the corrected personal data to third party organisations to which it was disclosed within a year before the date of correction was made, unless it is not necessary for the organisation to have the corrected data for any legal or business purpose.
We will process your request for a withdrawal of consent the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data within a reasonable time from when it was received. Be informed that this may have an adverse outcome to your use of the SEAA website or your relationship to us. We will cease collecting, using and/or disclosing the personal data, unless such actions, as the case may be, without the consent of the individual is required or authorised under the PDPA or other written laws.
6 STATISTICAL DATA
We may make use of your personal data and additional data to create statistical information for the purpose of analysis and improving our services. The resulting information in these reports shall include only non-personally identifiable data. These statistics may be shared with third parties.
